Clarence Thacker, widely respected for his commitment to community and civic activities, is responsible for leading business development efforts for NeoCity (Osceola County’s 500-acre master-planned technology and research campus).
Prior employment included 25 years of executive level management with two of the world’s leading publishers of educational materials. Thacker is esteemed for creating and managing global operations that deliver sustainable growth in highly competitive markets.
Thacker is a life-long resident of Osceola County. He currently serves as a school board member and also served on the Osceola County Planning Commission, City of Kissimmee Planning and Advisory Board, the Toho Water Authority Board of Supervisors, and Central Florida Sports Commission Board of Directors.
